A like for like replacement of a historic building in penmaenmawr, once former doll house factory now a prominent antiques dealers. specialty ground cutters for mouldings and carefully replicating existing features where the order of the day. where once it was softwood now in Sapele a durable African hardwood that takes paint well with minimal attention this should out last us all.

Contract work for ITV

I was lucky enough to be approached by ITV to create and run a team of carpenters for the TV show "IM A CELEBRITY GET ME OUT OF HERE" at Gwyrch Castle. While I don’t take on Carpentry work these days (Mainly Workshop Joinery), It was an interesting experience to see what goes on behind the scenes of the largest reality show on network TV. A very busy few months work and a constant reminder to pack waterproofs.
